Our Story

Kai-Fan i.e. “开饭”in Mandarin, means “Serve a meal”. We understand the “frustration” of queuing for a table and having to eat socially distanced - therefore, we decided to adapt to the new norm by creating a virtual restaurant concept --- 100% online restaurant bringing you “Gourmet Meal At-Home” to help you enjoy good food and stay safe. Through Kai-Fan, we prepare your meal and deliver them to your doorstep. You can reheat the food by following the reheat instruction  we have prepared for you.

Our specially crafted menu consists of a variety of unique Cantonese dishes prepared by Guangzhou's "Chef Guan", who owns over 20 years of experience, combining authentic Chinese and our local flavors, and insisting on using only fresh ingredients. We believe that the value of a dish lies in the quality of the ingredients used and the care with which they are prepared. At Kai-Fan, we make sure we provide good food that make you eat well (The chinese saying : 吃好饭，才是正经事 A good meal is a serious matter.)
